European muscle fit style shirt.

Order 1 size up and it will still be a tight fitting muscle shirt. 

Model is 5'9" - 230lbs wearing XXL. An XL normally fits him looser than this.

• Wash garment inside-out in cold water using a gentle wash cycle
• Avoid using bleach
• Hang garment to dry or tumble dry on low
• If ironing is necessary, iron the garment inside-out on the lowest setting
