It is amazing that I can turn my rack into a Smith machine. I love to use it with the Iso handles and get a deep stretch in the bench press. It is also nice to do lots of other exercises for the back and shoulders. Great piece of equipment.

I purchased these to attach to a pair of lever arms as I have a 2.3 x2.3 rack. The vts lite was small enough that I have full range of motion on all the workouts I’m excited to use this with. Its clasps make it super easy to switch between different bars. I look forward to seeing the future attachments for this machine!

I love my BTS light without any slog and resistance and counterweight bullshit that I get on the Smith machine. I can do a Smith machine movement with zero resistance from the bottom end and these new latch hooks make it possible. I haven’t missed a single rack.
