HOOK & HITCH PIN OPTIONS - FOR VTS TROLLEY, LAUNCH PAD & MORE
Whether you’re running a full Bulletproof setup or just starting with a VTS Trolley, these hook and hitch pin options give you the flexibility to customize your setup and expand your training possibilities.
Compatible with multiple Bulletproof attachments (like our Swivel Handle, Launch Pad, and more), these hooks let you connect, latch, and load up without hassle.
What These Hooks Do
These aren’t your average hooks. Each option below allows you to attach handles or tools to your uprights or hitch pins, giving you articulation, range, and stability—depending on how you train.
They’re built to match the same durability and function you expect from the rest of your Bulletproof lineup.

Hook & Pin Options:
1. Straight Front-Hole Hook
• Compatible with: VTS/VTS Lite Trolley
• Mounts into: Front-facing upright holes
• Use it for: Direct connection to barbells, handles, Swivel Handle, or other tools
• Pro: Simple, effective, and clean.
• Con: Less articulation range if your handle runs into the upright during movement.
⸻
2. Curved Hitch Pin Hook
• Compatible with: VTS/VTS Lite Trolley
• Latches onto: Side-mounted hitch pin (sold separately)
• Use it for: Side attachment where front-hole placement isn’t ideal
• Pro: Adds offset clearance and rotational freedom
• Con: You’ll need to provide or purchase a hitch pin
⸻
3. Short Straight Hitch Pin Hook
• Compatible with: VTS/VTS Lite Trolley, Launch Pad, future attachments
• Latches onto: Hitch pin (sold separately)
• Use it for: Maximum articulation — lets tools like the Swivel Handle swing freely
• Pro: Short design = more range of motion
• Con: Requires a bit more deliberate movement to latch
⸻
4. Long Straight Hitch Pin Hook
• Compatible with: VTS/VTS Lite Trolley, Launch Pad
• Latches onto: Hitch pin (sold separately)
• Use it for: Pressing/leg-drive movements or setups where you need to start further out from the rack
• Pros: Less movement needed to latch, more space between you and the upright
• Cons: Can accidentally latch mid-rep if you’re too close at the wrong time, slightly less articulation range compared to the short hook
⸻
Need a Hitch Pin?
No problem. If your setup doesn’t include one, you can purchase our Bulletproof Hitch Pin separately and start using any of the hitch pin-compatible hooks right away.
Final Thoughts
These hooks are small, but they change the game. Whether you’re trying to maximize your articulation with a handle, simplify your latching during fatigue, or just create smoother, more fluid movements, there’s a hook built for your goals.
Choose smart. Train smarter. Stay Bulletproof.
