*VTS is designed with the understanding that your rack is firmly mounted in place. Rack has the propensity to tip based on amount of weight and angle of pull. Purchase of VTS assumes you have read and understand all risks associated with it’s use.

This setup is great for someone with limited space. It takes a lot of adjustments to get everything dialed in to were it rolls smoother but its not as good as a conventional smith machine setup. It does the job and you start figuring out what its strength and weaknesses are fairly quickly. From my experience its good for Rows, shoulder presses, RDL's and chest presses. I would be mindful of the latches that holds the bar into place and not load it up very heavy due to the fact that the latches become unlatched at times.

The reviews on YouTube are accurate. It fits well in my REP PR5000 with Ares 2.0, but you have to check your cable alignment on the bottom brackets after install as some of mine fell off the pulley. It works spiky smooth. I have to decide which handles to buy.
