VTS Telescopic Tube (PAIR)

Telescopic Tube
One tube. Faster swaps. More options. Less nonsense. The Bulletproof Telescopic Tube was originally created for our 360 Bearing Handle so it could telescope in and out — then it decided to become the overachiever in the room. It also accepts our ISO Handles, Feather Bar, and other straight handles or bars that fit within the sizing range.
How It Works
Insert. Tighten. Train.
The Telescopic Tube accepts straight handles and bars from 25mm to 30mm in diameter. If it slides in, there’s a good chance it rides. Once inserted, you tighten it down with our hand lever for a secure hold without turning your workout into a small plumbing project.
Leave the Tube in Place
The magic is that the tube can stay in the barbell latch with the hook mounted on the outside. So instead of opening the latch, removing handles, swapping hooks, and rebuilding everything every time, you just slide one attachment out and the next one in.
Compatible Use Cases
- 360 Bearing Handles that need telescoping capability
- ISO Handles for faster swaps and more inward adjustment
- Feather Bar for quick install/removal without dedicated hooks
- Other straight handles or bars between 25mm and 30mm

See the Quick-Swap Advantage
This video shows the Telescopic Tube being used with different handle options so customers can immediately understand the whole point: leave the tube in place, keep the hook on it, and swap handles or bars without turning every exercise change into a parts-removal ceremony.
Why It’s Better
Faster Than the Old Way
Normally, changing from ISO Handles to something else means opening the latch, removing parts, swapping attachments, reinstalling the latch, and possibly moving hooks too. That is not “efficient.” That is a scavenger hunt with forearm fatigue.
Shared Hook Solution
The knurled outer section accepts a specific-size hook made for this tube. So instead of needing hooks on every attachment, one set can stay on the tube and everything else just rotates through it.
Note on Hook Tips
These hooks feature a new rubber-dipped tip that has not yet been extensively tested.
Based on early use and development, we feel this updated tip could be an improvement overall. As we continue to gather real-world feedback, we’ll refine the design further if needed.
More Modular Setup
Even if you do not own the 360 Bearing Handles, this becomes a clean way to build a more versatile setup around your Feather Bar, ISO Handles, and other compatible attachments.
What You Actually Gain
- Faster attachment swaps
- Less opening and closing of the barbell latch
- Less moving hooks around like a gym-themed shell game
- Cleaner, more efficient modular setup
- More value from attachments you already own
The Telescoping Advantage
Closer Than Regular ISO Handle Positioning
With regular ISO Handles, you can only telescope inward so far before you no longer have enough surface area covered in the barbell latch. Translation: eventually you run out of safe, usable overlap.
Bring Them Almost All the Way In
With the Telescopic Tube, compatible handles can telescope much farther inward — almost all the way until they touch. That opens the door to extremely close grip setups for pressing, rows, curls, and whatever other terrible ideas lead to great gains.

FAQ
Do I need 360 Bearing Handles to use it?
No. It was originally designed for the 360 Bearing Handle, but plenty of people want it simply to swap between Feather Bar, ISO Handles, and other compatible straight-handle pieces.
What diameter does it accept?
It accepts handles and bars from 25mm to 30mm in diameter.
Why not just mount hooks on every attachment?
You can, but this lets you leave one hook set on the tube and quickly rotate attachments through it. Less cost. Less clutter. Less moving little parts around while pretending it’s not annoying.
What makes the telescoping part useful?
It lets compatible handles move much farther inward than they normally could on their own, creating much tighter grip positions.
How does it lock down attachments?
With a hand lever that tightens the inserted handle or bar in place.
What’s the outside diameter of the tube?
38mm, sized to work with the specific hook made for this tube.
The Bottom Line
If you want a faster, cleaner way to swap between the Feather Bar, ISO Handles, 360 Bearing Handles, or other compatible attachments, this is the move.
Leave the tube in. Leave the hook on. Slide stuff in and out. Train more. Fiddle less.
