Here’s the breakdown so you don’t end up buying the wrong thing and yelling at your rack like it owes you money.

Already Own a VTS Trolley? You Might Already Be Set.
• Front Hole (Straight) Hook
If your VTS came with the straight hook that goes into the front hole of your upright—congrats!
That same hook attaches directly to the Swivel Handle, and you’re good to go. No extra parts. No extra dollars. Just gains.
• Hitch Pin (Curved) Hook
Got the VTS with the curved hitch pin hook instead? You’re still good.
The same curved hook works with the Swivel Handle too—just make sure you’ve got a hitch pin to latch onto.

Already Using a VTS Launch Pad? You’re Golden.

If you’ve picked up our VTS Launchpad, both the straight hitch pin hook and the hitch pin that came with it are fully compatible with the Swivel Handle.
No need to buy a thing. Just clip it, grip it, and rip it.

Starting from Scratch? Choose Your Weapon.

If you’re setting up the Swivel Handle as a standalone or want a dedicated hook for a new setup, we’ve got two options (and yes, you’ll need to buy the hitch pin separately if you don’t have one):
• Short Straight Hitch Pin Hook
Compact. Straight. Nimble. This hook lets your Swivel Handle articulate like a ballerina on pre-workout.
Its straight design helps the handle clear the upright completely, giving you a wider, smoother range of motion.
Perfect if you don’t want your movements blocked or your flow interrupted.
• Long Straight Hitch Pin Hook
Why go long?
• You’ll get more arm or legroom at the start of your movement—no awkward crunch-up or fear of banging the trolley into the hitch pin when you straighten your arms or legs.
• It latches easier with less articulation, which is great if you want to hook in without doing a yoga pose at the end of every set.

BUT—if you’re worried about accidentally latching mid-rep when you’re in the zone, this might not be your jam.
Go short instead if you prefer a bit more play before locking in.
