🔄 WHY MOVE THE ARM TO THE OUTSIDE?
🔄 Why Move the Arm to the Outside?
Simple: Freedom.
Until now, the weight arm on the Isolator was locked in line with the upright. That meant the upright blocked motion in one direction. Which was by design—for safety first. (Remember those cringe-worthy bicep tear videos during unsupported preacher curls? Yeah, so do we.)
But for advanced lifters and controlled environments? We’re unleashing the beast.
Now, with the Isolator Side Port Weight Arm:
• 🚀 Full 2-Way Rotation: Do a leg extension straight into a seated leg curl without changing position.
• 💪 Preacher curl into triceps extension? Done.
• 🔁 Swing arm in either direction, uninterrupted.
• ⚖️ Built-in counterweight support: Makes even our heavy-duty curl arms feel balanced and buttery smooth.
🔩 PRECISION STOPS WITH OUR CUSTOM PIN
We’re still giving you full safety and control over where the movement begins and ends.
Use our rubber-coated safety stop pin:
• Place it above the pivot point to let the weight arm rest on the counterweight portion when having the weight start out in front of the upright for movements like preacher curls, leg extensions, etc..
• Place it below the pivot to have the pin make contact on the actual weight arm itself when setting up the weight behind the upright for movements like seated leg curls, horizontal tricep extensions, etc..
• Move where you place the pin to customize your start angle for different tension profiles.
PIN FITS 1" OR 5/8" HOLES
This means you can control how heavy the start of each rep feels—and dial in your training like never before while still having a safety stop to prevent injury!
🧬 BUILT FROM YOUR EXISTING GEAR
No need to re-buy your whole setup. This is not a whole new unit—just a smart-as-hell upgrade:
• Reuse your current rotational shaft
• Reuse your existing weight arm
• Reuse your existing weight horn
• Just swap out the center female port with the Isolator Side Port Weight Arm
➡️ Comes with easy step-by-step instructions. A few bolts, a couple flexes, and you’re ready to roll.
⚙️ WHO IS THIS FOR
• Lifters wanting immediate supersets without resetting their station
• People who need or prefer a counterweight for balance and smoother movement
• Advanced athletes who know when and how to train around safety stops
• Anyone who wants premium versatility without the premium price tag
🏆 WHY WE DIDN'T DO THIS FIRST
🏆 Why We Didn’t Do This First
Because Bulletproof means Bulletproof.
When we launched the Isolator, we prioritized safety for the masses—fixed stop points, built-in limits, no surprises. But now that the Isolator’s proven itself, we’re giving elite users what they’ve been asking for: no-limits functionality that still offers all the built-in controls if needed.
Use it smart. Use it hard. Use it to build muscle without wasting time.

Built for Serious Load. Engineered for Extreme Attachments.
UPGRADED INTERNAL ROTATIONAL SHAFT
✅ Do You Need This Upgrade? (Read First)
If you’re planning to use your Isolator with:
• Double Weight Horn
• Adjustable Multi-Horn
• Isolator Cam Attachment
• Or any attachment pushing heavy loads beyond 275 lbs…
👉 Yes, you need this.
This upgrade is required for anyone loading more than 275 lbs or using dual-horn loading, eccentric overload, or any cam/lever-based resistance.
If you’re only using a single weight horn and keeping total load at or below 275 lbs (the original Isolator spec), your existing rotation shaft is sufficient, and no upgrade is necessary.
🔧 What’s Changed — And Why It Matters
The original Isolator came with a round rotation shaft and hex port locked in place by a single allen bolt. While this design worked well within its weight rating, all the torque and load was ultimately held by that one bolt.
The upgraded shaft features:
• Solid Hex Shaft to Hex Port Interface
→ Allows the load to be carried by metal-on-metal surface contact — not just a bolt.
• Oversized Allen Bolt
→ Adds secondary reinforcement and locks the port in with better torque resistance.
🛡️ Result: A more secure, more durable, and much higher weight-rated system for high-performance users.
🏋️♂️ Why This Upgrade Exists
At Bulletproof, we evolve based on real-world customer feedback. Many of you are pushing the limits with creative setups — ISO Arms, Dual Horns, Adjustable Horns, and the Isolator Cam. These use-cases demand a stronger core rotation system.
So instead of waiting for failure, we built this preemptive solution:
• A shaft interface that scales with your ambition
• A bolt system that won’t shear under serious torque
• And a modular upgrade that fits all existing Isolator units
🛠️ Installation & Compatibility
Installing your upgraded internal rotation shaft is quick and requires only basic tools:
Tools needed:
• Allen key
• Wrench or socket
Steps:
1. Remove a single bolt from the existing setup
2. Slide off the end hex port
3. Pull out the original shaft from the bearings
4. Slide in the upgraded hex shaft
5. Reattach the end hex port
6. Insert the new bolt and secure it with the nut
That’s it — fast, simple, and effective.
📦 Included: All necessary hardware comes with the upgrade kit.
📹 Support: We’ll include step-by-step installation instructions and a full video tutorial so you’re never left guessing.
💬 Still Not Sure If You Need It?
If you’re unsure whether your training style requires this upgrade, here’s a simple test:
• Planning to use more than 275 lbs per arm?
• Using the Double Horn, Isolator Cam, or Multi-Horn?
• Doing explosive or eccentric movements?
