Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy governs all purchases made from Bulletproof Fitness Equipment (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Final Sale Items
Products designated as “Scratch and Dent” or “Blemished” are sold as-is and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty claims.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in new condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All components, hardware, manuals, and included materials must be present.
- All return requests must be submitted through our official Returns Request Form within the 14-day return window. Returns submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Approval of a return is at the sole discretion of Bulletproof Fitness Equipment.
3. Refund Terms
If a return is approved:
- A return shipping label may be provided at our discretion.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for any item that:
- Arrives damaged,
- Shows signs of use,
- Is missing components, or
- Is not returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Bulletproof Fitness Equipment reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Returns will not be accepted more than 14 days after confirmed delivery.
4. Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- All shipping costs associated with returning the original item.
- All shipping costs associated with shipment of the replacement item.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
If the returned item is damaged, used, altered, or not in original packaging, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and the Company reserves the right to deny the exchange.
Replacement items will not be shipped until the original item has been received and inspected.
5. Order Changes & Modifications
We strive to process orders promptly. Order modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If an order has been staged, palletized, labeled, or otherwise prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
In such cases, the order must be delivered and, if eligible, an exchange may be requested pursuant to this policy.
Bulletproof Fitness Equipment is not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred due to requested order changes after processing has begun.
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders constitute a binding commitment to purchase and reserve inventory.
Cancellation of a pre-order may result in a 25% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Product Support & Minor Defects
If you experience difficulty using your product or believe there is an issue, you must contact us prior to requesting a return. We may request photos or videos to assist in troubleshooting.
Returns will not be accepted for minor cosmetic imperfections or factory variances that do not affect structural integrity or functionality.

8. European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must include original packaging and all components.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
9. Limitation of Rights
Bulletproof Fitness Equipment reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
- Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Make determinations regarding product condition at its sole discretion.
This policy does not affect any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws where such laws cannot be excluded.
