- Upgraded Internal Shaft – Now standard on all new Isolators (a $65 value, included at no cost).
- Metal Pop Pins – Replacing the old plastic pins for improved durability and feel.
- New Vice Clamp System – Holds the carriage tighter to the upright than ever before, replacing the pin-and-roller setup. This also prevents the potential flaring or warping of the carriage which can happen with extended use over time.
- Two Carriage Shims Included – No need to purchase separately if you ever need them.

Fitment Note
On properly sized uprights, the unit is designed to fit and tighten down well. Small tolerances in attachments and upright sizing can sometimes create a slight lean, which is why shim solutions are included and available when needed.

What rack does it fit?
The ISOLATOR 3X3 is designed to fit 3x3 rig posts.
Does hole spacing matter?
No. Hole spacing does not affect setup.
What pin sizes are available?
Available pin sizes are 1", 3/4", 5/8", 1/2", and 11/16".
What comes with it?
You receive the seat/pad, long leg pad, curl arm attachment, and the necessary pin hardware. Reducer plates and screws are included when needed for non-1" pin selections.
What are the newest upgrades?
Current units include the upgraded internal shaft, metal pop pins, vice clamp system, and two carriage shims at no extra cost.
What if there is a slight lean or tilt?
Small tolerances can create slight variation depending on the upright. Shims are used to help dial in fitment when needed.

CUSTOMER SHIM RECOMMENDATIONS

REP PR-4000
Used 1 - 1mm shim on each side.
REP PR-5000
Add 2mm in shims, 1mm shim on each side in addition to the shims in place on the ISOLATOR as it comes.
REP PR-5000 WITH ARES ATTACHMENT
1) Carriage on the right front upright with attachment ports facing inside the rack.2) While facing the rack, left carriage side with 2x 2mm shims 'only' (removed the factory ~1.5mm shim). Used the new longer bolts.3) Left the right side alone.

For a snug fit it would be a total of 2 count 5mm shim kits plus 2 count 2mm shim kits.
