WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
While the VTS Lite is a cost-effective choice for those focused on simply turning their rack into a Smith machine or high/ low pulley; the VTS opens doors to a broader array of movements and attachments. As we continue to unveil new attachments over time, it's important to note that certain additions will be exclusive to the VTS, enhancing its capabilities beyond what the VTS Lite can accommodate. Choose the VTS Lite for a streamlined experience for smith and high/ low pulley or opt for the VTS to unlock the full spectrum of possibilities in your home gym (such as single handle iso smith which is exclusive to the VTS)
Choose your latch hook!
The VTS has been designed to latch in two different ways. The first way is the hook goes in the hitch pin hole in the front face of your squat rack upright and the second method is a curved latch hook that goes around a hitch pin going through your squat rack upright laterally. The most popular method is in the front hitch pin hole but for those who don’t have racks with the mandatory 1” or 5/8” pin hole sizes to fit the latch they can choose the hitch pin hook. Some prefer the hitch pin method for other reasons such as the hook not making contact in any way with their rack preventing any chance of damage or other preferences going either way.

The key distinction between the VTS and VTS Lite lies in their design. The VTS, our premium model, features rollers on all four sides of the rack upright, offering unparalleled versatility for a wide range of movements with various attachments. On the other hand, the VTS Lite, with rollers on two sides of the upright, is optimized for Smith machine functionality and basic functional training.
- Each VTS Lite features four (4) hourglass shaped UHMW rollers. Each roller contains bearings which allow for smooth travel up and down your rack.
- Includes two (2) VTS Lite trolleys and two (2) latch hooks.
*VTS is not designed to be dropped, doing so can result in damage to rollers and other hardware. Doing so can result voided warranty.
*VTS is designed with the understanding that your rack is firmly mounted in place. Rack has the propensity to tip based on amount of weight and angle of pull. Purchase of VTS assumes you have read and understand all risks associated with it’s use.
*We are required to make over 30 moulds for this first round of orders so shipping time can take 90-200 days after presale ends. We will work hard to get this product to you as quickly as we can.
High/Low Functional Trainer Pulley System Rack Attachment/Single Side
Description
Our VTS pulley is a 2:1 ratio pulley system that can easily be left on your rack and worked around or removed with no tools! The upper and lower assemblies can be removed with a simple hitch pin and the VTS trolley pulley added or removed with no tools as well making for a fast, easy, effortless setup or removal.

Dimensions and weight
Each VTS Lite Trolley Weighs 15 pounds.
Unit was tested with 43" max inside width for the rack, designed to fit 7' Olympic barbells.
Installation can be done by sliding the unit over the top of the rack posts, or build the unit onto the post.

Does the VTS work on racks with functional trainers on them?
Many of you have said while you know it’s not our job to find if our stuff will work on other stuff, it would be appreciated so we went to work to try and help! Many have asked about mainly the Rep rack setups and we’ve got love for them and you guys so happy to see if or how to make our stuff work together!
We did some research and based on what we found on the Rep setups this is what it’s looking like!
This picture shows the VTS Lite. If our unit is mounted with barbell latch facing back and above the functional trolley it clears!

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive when in stock. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days when in stock. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Back order products take approximately 90 days.
